Sawada

Sushi Sho
Sushi Sho (also written in English as Sushisho and Sushi-sho) offers a more laid-back - and even life - excellent sushi experience. Chef Nakazawa is famous for its 35-cup omakase menu price.
The course here is also unique in that it scatters its Nigiri (piece of sushi) with Tsumami (appetizers). This promotes drinking sake with the food, because if you have too much rice from the food in your system Nigiri , you should stop drinking!

Harutaka
Harutaka (also known as Ginza Harutaka known) is the beloved run by a Ono-san Sushi shop (Jiro) famous disciples. If you want to enjoy a taste of Jiro, but eat in a more relaxed and convivial atmosphere, with Harutaka.
Rebekah says: "He was a student of Jiro-san for many years and I think he is the best of the former trainees to get the taste of Jiro but with a much more pleasant dining experience.."
As anyone who has seen Jiro Dreams of Sushi know to make Ono-san apprentices the ins and outs of every learning aspect of Sushi from bottom to top. As Rebecca put it, "These guys were washing the octopus, do all the prep for him, and they were taught its sequencing and his sauces."
boss Harutaka offers Nigiri course similar to what you. In a lot more, though "human" could get to Jiro, Tempo Moreover, his course includes a brief Tsumami (appetizers) course, which you do not get at Jiro store.
This is classic Edomae Sushi and is a favorite with other chefs like Harutaka is open late. The sake menu here is also very good.

Sushi Iwa
Sushi Iwa is a fantastic option if you are a Top-quality sushi search experience, but want to spend a little less than the above options. The "steal" is here at lunch, if you can select set between a 10-piece or 13 pieces Nigiri.
