How to stay fit on the road and healthy
I'm not a healthy guy. OK, I'm a very healthy guy when I'm in my apartment at home with my juicer, kitchen, and near Whole Foods. On the road, it is a different story. Even with the high expectations and goals that I set a few years ago myself, I have to maintain a healthier lifestyle on the road failed. While I make more healthy choices, I'm still too much, never sleep, and stuff my face with pizza, because it is convenient.
Last month I have with my friend Steve Kamb met, the legend behind Nerd Fitness, a site dedicated to help stay fit nerds. Steve travels too much (we were recently in Las Vegas), and he knows how the burdens of the road to reconciliation with staying in shape.

1. Make a healthy life on the road a priority Yes, you have time to exercise, !; You just have to make time for them. You can complete a workout in 20 minutes in your hotel room or hostel.
