Everyone says I'm running away
My father always asks what I'm running away from my travels. A few weeks ago, said one commentator walk me to stop off and live life. And I once came in a blog called "Mama says, I run away."
I'm not sure why, but it is this perception is that everyone who travels the long term and is not interested in something that needs should-do each gap sedentary or get a traditional job of something running away.
They are just trying to "escape life."
The general opinion that traveling are acceptable years after college and getaways. But for those of us who lead nomadic lifestyle, or just a bit too long somewhere linger before reaching the final stretch, we are accused of running away.
Yes, travel, but not for long.
we nomads have terrible, have miserable lives, or are strange, or have had something traumatic happen to us that we are trying to escape. People assume that we just run away from our problems, running away "the real world."
And for all those people who say that, I tell you-you are right.
That's right.
I on run away.
I walk away from your idea of the "real" world.
I avoid your life
and instead, I'm all boils down to -. to the world, exotic places, new people, different cultures, and my own idea of freedom.
Although there are exceptions can (as with everything are), most people, the vagrants, nomads and wanderers are doing this because they want to experience the world, to escape any problems. We run from the office life away, commuting and weekend errands, and running towards everything that has to offer the world. We (I) want to experience any culture, you will find every mountain, eating strange food, visit crazy festivals, meeting new people and different holiday enjoying around the world.
Life is short, and we only get to live it once. I want to look back and say that I did crazy things, not to say that I wish my life spent blogs like this reading, I was doing the same.
my perspective might be different from the rest of your Being American. In my country, you go to school, you get a job, get married, buy a house, and have your 2.5 children. Society boxes you in and restricts the movements of their expectations. It's like the Matrix. And any deviation is considered abnormal and strange. People want to go, say they envy what you do, they say wish they could do the same. But really, they do not. They are simply fascinated by a lifestyle so out of the norm. There is nothing wrong with a family to own the house or - most of my friends live a happy life do. However, the general attitude in the United States is " do it this way, if you should be normal. " And, well, I do not want to be normal.
I feel like the reason why we tell people we run away, because they can not grasp the fact that we shape and live outside the norm broke. To want to break all social conventions, it just has to be something wrong with us in order.
Years ago, "called The Secret " at the peak of the economic boom, a book came out. According to " The Secret ", if you can only wish and bad enough to want something, there you get. But the real secret of life is that you get what you want, when you do what you want.
Life is what you make it to be. Life is to provide you. We are all of the burdens we place on ourselves, whether it is chained to bills, errands, or, like me, self-imposed deadlines blogging. If you really want something, you have to go after him.
people who travel the world, not run away from life. Just the opposite. Those who break the mold, to explore the world, and live according to their own conditions are run to preserve life, in my opinion. We have a degree of freedom, a lot of people will never know. We get the captains of our ships to be. But it is a freedom that we wanted. We looked around and said. " I otherwise want" It was that freedom and attitude that I saw years with travelers before which do inspire me what I'm doing now I saw. as they break the mold and I thought to myself: "Why not me"
I will not run away
I am in the world with and my idea of. life.
and I plan to never be seen again.
