The Saturday City: Madrid
Last year I went during my summer European tour to Madrid. Unfortunately, my visit coincided with a bad cold and I spent most of bedridden. - El Retiro Park . The head of Madrid, the perfect place to take a rest on a sunny day, or to participate in the taking drum circles around the statue of Alphonso XII on summer evenings. There is a large boating lake where you can rent a rowboat. It is a monument to the victims of the Madrid 3/11 terrorist attacks, the forest absent from the Crystal Palace.
