Airline reviewed US Airways

Airline reviewed US Airways -

US Airways logo on a sign on the interior of the airplane North American airlines are among the worst in the world. They are the worst for service, quality, comfort, food - you name it. They are easy to suck. On a recent trip to Canada, I had the chance, US Airways to fly that allowed the worst of the worst in the rule. Nobody likes US Airways, and after they fly with them, I can see why. Normally I fly American Airlines, but this flight was part of a press trip and they flew me on US Airways. I had four flights - Boston to Philadelphia to Toronto and then take Montreal to Charlotte to Tampa

After four flights with US Airways, I can tell you that I will not foreseeable by American time change .. I enjoy not my US Airways flights.

The aircraft themselves were not so bad. They were fairly standard in design, comfort and configuration. I never had the feeling that the seats were too small, or that I was missing everything I get to another carrier. I notice, however, that most of the aircraft were I flew old. They had definitely seen better days and could use an overhaul inside. Then again, could so many of the planes I fly on.

What really annoys me about US Airways was the service. Right from check-in, it was all downhill. For starters, they are the only major carrier I know of a baggage fee on international flights will be charged. Normally, if you are flying internationally, you can avoid it. At US Airways, you still have a $ 25 pay per bag fee. When I in-Schreiber check-asked where I drop my bag left (it was self-check-in in Boston), she said, "over there", moved his head to an area on the left side. She looked barely up from her computer screen. When I asked her to, followed, where the gate was, she looked even more angry, as if I was an inconvenience to her day. While connecting in Charlotte to Tampa, my flight was delayed. Arriving at the gate, I asked the gate agent if she knew how long the delay might be, I like to eat quickly had hoped. Scowling at me, she said: "I do not know, it could be any minute I'll write it, if I know..." Woah! Overall, I had a feeling, as a passenger, a nuisance ground staff.

transmitted this attitude in the air, where the flight attendants seemed to have a chip on their shoulders. They were never polite in their radio addresses or in their interactions with the passengers. Your announcements on security procedures always seemed condescending, as if all was already at the level known this material. I saw a companion threaten a passenger to take the phone when he did not put away. There never seemed to be any friendliness of the staff on the flights. I know they have a tough job and are probably grossly underpaid, but as the saying goes: ". You can fly any more to do with honey than you can with vinegar" If I fly American Airlines, flight attendants, they are much nicer and I'm sure well in their job badly treated!

Fly to US Airways, I can tell you, I will never fly with them. I always have a carrier the benefit of the doubt. Finally, everyone can be a bad flight. I had a bad experience at Best Buy, but that does not, Best Buy is always bad. But after four flights on two routes and two different days, I realized there is no reason, from American Airlines to change. In fact, if you go to the US or traveling around the States, my advice to you US Airways should be avoided. Even United's better.
