Eat the hottest pepper in the world -

A few weeks ago I was in Austin, Texas, for the SXSW music festival. Since I was for more than 10 days in the city, I wanted to get away from the hard and explore Austin. I asked some of my friends on the spot to give me a list of their Austin. I wanted something more than what I would find online.

One of the points on this list was tears of joy, a hot sauce shop in downtown. There I could some of the world's hottest sauces (conveniently located in a coffin-shaped shelf) and try them buy make some of the sauces.

Well, I hate spicy food. Almost as much as I hate heights. During years Thai food eat a mild tolerance for spices constructed, generally, I can not handle spicy food. I never have developed the taste. If I go for Indian or Mexican, I get it as mild as possible.

But you only live once, and I thought that picture of me would the ghost pepper eat to make a great video. The Ghost Pepper (Naga Bhut Jolokia) is the world's hottest pepper, viewed with a Scoville heat value of over one million.

on a bright sunny morning, I went to the store and got the hottest ghost pepper sauce she had, and pure capsicum extract (ie death in the bottle).

There has to recover the whole day, and I have have two drank a liter of milk. It was an interesting experience, but now that I have survived, hot sauce did not seem too bad more. It's like someone in the deep end they throw to teach them to swim. If I can survive pure extract, I can survive spicy Indian food.

The next time when you visit Austin visits Tears of Joy for some burn-your-mouth hot sauces. You can sample many varieties, and they provide plenty of milk to wash it down. If you like spicy food, you do not live until you try a labeled bottled "of children to keep away."
