Riding the Rails in Europe

Riding the Rails in Europe -

One of the highlights of my recent trip to Europe was the whole train trip I did. With my Eurail pass I drove through the amazing landscape of the continent. In the past I had some limited rail travel, but usually my travel plans are random, so I normally fly across Europe on cheap Ryanair flights. This time, however, because I had a pretty set route, I really wanted to explore Europe by train. I had so much heard that it was time for me to experience it. I have the landscapes of the ...

Spain
The vast Spanish Countryside with small shrubbery
Although it is not my favorite, the Spanish countryside was nice to see. The country seemed both empty and full of life at the same time. There were not many big trees and even out of the train, you can heat out of the country emanates, could feel. It was very dry and arid, but not daunting.

France
The rolling green hills of French Countryside with a white farm house
France has one of my favorite landscapes. by drive, you can use the land is extremely fertile seen. The rolling hills filled with vineyards and farms make for some light-hearted train rides. Also, I love passing some French cities across the country. They are beautiful and I want to live in France only.

Belgium
A photo of Belgium's peaceful countryside from the train
Belgium was cool by. This small country has many small towns, the split of seemingly smaller businesses. You see a lot of dairy farms here, and I think I have even a few grains (corn or perhaps?) Farms. The area reminds me of Vermont with the old-style farmhouses and barns, small businesses and many cows.

Holland
The Netherlands' Countryside with shed phrasing the green fields
Similarly Belgium, Holland a lot of small farms and the countryside. It is interesting, the country just go for miles in all directions, to see and to view all the channels linked together across the country. I also loved all wind turbines to see. It's always nice to see go green countries.

Sweden
The Swedish Countryside trees and crystal lake Sweden is beautiful, and the scenery is just one more reason for me to love the country. It reminds me of New England, especially since I was in the autumn, when the leaves changed. Ride the train down from Stockholm to Gothenburg, I crowned happen mountains with trees, lakes and a few small farms and cities. It was like coming home.

Austria
The Austrian Countryside from the inside of the train in Europe
Back in 06, I took a train from Venice to Vienna. Since then, I fell in with the Austrian countryside. How Sweden, it is filled with amazing mountain views and small agricultural farms and cities. The landscape varies between country and city often, but it is exactly what you would look like Austria image.

take after so many trains through Europe, I am now addicted. I'll probably have more trains to the continent to do the next time I go. (Although I will leave overnight trains! Never again!). The European landscape is beautiful, and it's hard to get a real appreciation for it when you bounce from one city. by train riding on the continent you can give an appreciation of varied and beautiful landscape in Europe.
