An ability travel really has Taught Me
In the summer I went out to a bar with my new girlfriend Nicole. I did not know them that well we had met only once before. We were going to mini bar. Mini Bar is where all the people who want to be on the way hip and trendy to be hip and trendy. Not having known my friend for a while, we chatted away to us and fired them to the relentless barrage of questions about my life and travels, of which about this issue touches able to "read" people.
"Oh Yeah? OK. Read the people around us then." She said to me.
I went my opinion of her friends to chatter I had just met, and the other people in the bar, and finally at their behest, her.
"How did I do?" I asked.
"Wow." They replied in shock.
While I can only guess, if I right or wrong about was people in the bar, she was amazed that I had pretty much the personality it and guess their friends. I did not know any of them as well, but only by their actions and language, I was able to find out much about them. There were no tricks involved or mind games. I just read their body language, their actions, and how they talked to me.
Why? Why did the people at the bar is not it? Why can I say who will be the asshole and what I'm going to enjoy talking always? After all, spend enough time on the road, trying to communicate with non-English speakers to see so many different people and personality types and observe how they interact, get on, and notes about how people express themselves.
Briefly, you start to learn how to read people and situations. And that is a skill, no matter how judgmental it can dissolve, to help you through life for some people.
Travel teaches us and changes us in ways that we never really realize. But, after talking with happy hotelier, I realized that this is the only thing that I can say I learned only from travel. for more than three years all over the world travel has me from every walk to the people introduced to life and seemingly every other personality. If you are traveling, you can not always understand what people are saying, as most travelers do not speak English so non-verbal communication is really important. The longer you travel, the more you interact with different people, the better you are at this. It's a skill. A lot of times, you tell people "read" viewed as a bad thing. It makes you seem like you judge people immediately throw. I do not think that's true. Knowing how to read people, you can determine if this taxi driver will help, "a link as" or if the shop owner gives you the best price or if the people you are satisfied just at the hostel serious or have fun with this joke they really just said.
people are a book and while you never judge a book by its cover, you should be able to usually rely on your first impression to be fairly accurate. We go and how we feel during our interactions with others. I would not someone a nervous person called, because they were worried when they went to a girl up or met the new boss. But in an everyday environment, when someone seemed anxious and nervous and shaky, would not think that they were a bit so? Could I be wrong? Could be. Maybe not. Usually not.
